Tendwell is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

8. Payment Terms
Paid features of the Service are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the platform. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tendwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
