  • Email: Send a request to privacy@tendwell.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
  • In-app: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Tendwell platform
  • Facebook data: You may also request deletion of data obtained from Facebook by contacting us at the email above or by removing the Tendwell app from your Facebook settings at facebook.com/settings

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain by law. We will confirm the deletion via email once complete.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
